Pricing Plans

Grovana Pro

Grovana Pro includes the product features previously offered in the Organization plan. There is no separate Basic or Base plan.

  • $60 USD per user per month, billed monthly.
  • $40 USD per user per month with annual billing. Pay $480 USD per user upfront for the year.
  • Row-level permissions, field permissions, roles, and record sharing.
  • SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC) SSO.
  • Audit logs, custom domains, and signing-key rotation.
  • Workflows, AI agents, and workspace usage controls, including limits on members, API keys, and apps.
  • Custom applications and shared application installation.

Resource-credit allowances and trial terms are separate from the seat price. Audit logs require configured storage. Custom domains require DNS and hosting configuration.

Grovana Enterprise

Enterprise starts at $50,000 USD per year for a dedicated instance. It includes Pro's product features, dedicated infrastructure, data isolation, priority support, and a contracted service-level agreement. The contract defines seats, credits, payment terms, and service commitments.

Contact the Grovana team to arrange Enterprise provisioning or migration. Enterprise is not a self-service feature upgrade or a per-seat offer at the listed starting price.

Professional services

Implementation and customizations are available to customers of either offer. The Grovana team scopes these services separately from the subscription.

Billing changes

Open Settings → Billing → Plans to select Pro and a monthly or annual billing period. Added seats use the existing renewal date and incur an immediate charge for the remaining time. Contact the Grovana team for changes involving an Enterprise instance.

Existing subscription identifiers and prices do not change automatically when plan features change. Billing changes preserve configured row-permission rules.

Self-hosting

Self-hosted instance licensing uses a separate license mechanism. This cloud offer change does not change self-hosted license terms. Ask your service provider about the terms and support available for a self-hosted deployment. SSO remains included in both cloud and self-hosted deployments.
