Credits

What are credits?¶

Credits pay for AI, metered automation, and approved app usage. Each workspace shares one balance. Usage can consume a fraction of a credit.

Monthly and annual credit packages¶

Credit packages follow your seat billing cycle and are charged in advance.

Annual credit packages receive a 25% discount. The amount of usage covered by one credit stays the same. For example, 100 credits cost $100 monthly. The equivalent annual package provides 1,200 credits upfront for $900, saving $300. Annual credits are available for the full annual period. They do not reset each month.

Your available packages, allowance, and full price appear in Settings → Billing. Existing contract prices and terms continue until separately changed.

How usage is calculated¶

AI charges depend on the model and tokens used. One credit covers $0.50 of configured AI model cost. For example, $0.05 of model cost consumes 0.10 credits on either billing cycle. Model prices and work performed determine consumption. A credit is not a fixed amount of AI time.

Metered logic functions consume 0.0002 credits per invocation plus 0.0002 credits per second of runtime. Runtime is measured in milliseconds. A one-second invocation consumes 0.0004 credits. Other services and apps have their own rates.

Credit rollover¶

Unused ordinary credits roll into the next billing period. The new allowance plus carried credits is capped at twice the period allowance. For example, a 100-credit monthly package can renew with at most 200 ordinary credits: 100 carried plus 100 new. A 1,200-credit annual package can renew with at most 2,400 ordinary credits: 1,200 carried plus 1,200 new. Promotional, sales, and compensation grants can have separate expiry terms.

Monitor usage¶

Open Settings → Billing to see your balance, renewal date, and current usage. Open View usage to inspect which users, apps, and actions consumed credits.

Add more credits¶

Use the existing credit package slider in Settings → Billing to change your recurring package. The available amounts and prices come from your billing catalog.

• A larger package charges the full package price difference immediately. The allowance increases after successful payment.
• A smaller package takes effect at the next subscription renewal.
• The selected package repeats each month or year, according to your billing cycle.

The package selector is not a one-time purchase. Automatic top-ups and postpaid usage are not currently available.
