Product capabilities
Grovana combines business records, views, workflows, and connected tools. This page describes the product. It does not certify a deployment for production use.
Records and data models¶
Use standard objects or define objects, fields, and relationships for your business. Import records from CSV files and review field mappings and import errors.
Views and reporting¶
Organize records with table views, pipelines, filters, and saved views. Build dashboards from the data available to your workspace.
Workflows¶
Build workflows with triggers and actions supported by your deployment. Actions that call external services require a configured connection. Code steps and application functions also require an enabled execution service.
Email and calendar¶
Connect supported accounts when your administrator has configured and verified the provider integration. Account synchronization and native workspace email have separate setup requirements.
Permissions and administration¶
Use roles and permissions to control workspace access. Managed plans include SAML and OIDC single sign-on, subject to identity-provider setup. Audit logs require configured usage storage.
Apps¶
Apps add tools and actions to your workspace. Your administrator controls which apps are available and what they can access.
AI and resource credits¶
AI features require configured models, usage collection, and workspace credit controls. Your administrator must verify those services before enabling paid AI use.
Business integrations¶
HaloPSA, QuickBooks Online, PandaDoc, native calling, and two-way SMS remain launch work with separate delivery checks. Their inclusion in the product plan does not mean they are available in your workspace.
Use only the functions your administrator has confirmed for your deployment.
