Apps

Apps add tools, records, views, and workflow actions to Grovana. Your administrator chooses which apps your workspace uses.

Find an app

Installed apps can add items to the navigation menu, record pages, or workflow action list. Ask your administrator which apps are available and where to find them.

Use an app

  1. Open the app from the location your administrator provides.
  2. Follow its instructions to complete your task.
  3. Check the result in the relevant record or workflow run.

Some apps connect to external services. Use the account connection approved for your workspace.

Access and permissions

An app's available actions depend on your role and its configuration. If you cannot see a tool or complete an action, ask your administrator to check your access.

Get help

Describe the task, the action you selected, and any error message when you request help. Do not include passwords, API keys, or customer information that the support team does not need.
